Terms & Conditions

  • 48-hour cancellation policy
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to make reservations or check in to a room.
  • Valid identification is required upon check-in.
  • Bed type and other requests are noted as preferences but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis.
  • There is no smoking in the hotel rooms. A fee of $250.00 per day will be charged if there is smoking in the room.
  • Marijuana products are prohibited in all rooms and throughout the property.
  • Weapons are not allowed on the property or in hotel rooms.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
  • A nightly Resort Fee of $30.00 (plus tax) will be added to each room upon check-in.
  • A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A credit card will be charged for the room and tax in the event the reservation is not canceled within the cancellation period.
  • A major credit card matching the name of the guest checking in will be required at check-in for full payment of your stay.
  • Cash and/or checks are not accepted at the Front Desk.
  • A $100.00 refundable deposit will be authorized on your credit card.
  • Debit cards may have a pending authorization hold for up to 10 business days.
  • For all suite bookings, a $500.00 refundable deposit will be authorized on your credit card.
  • Debit cards may have a pending authorization hold for up to 10 business days.

 

Guarantee/Deposit and Change/Cancellation Fees will depend on selected dates and room/rate combinations.
